Fallen Angel

We went to the beach at Galveston for Father's day. On the way to the Seawall there is an old Cemetery with lots of angels, moseleums and old graves. I romped through quickly and snapped a few photos.

Here are some of the angel that had fallen off her perch and then had been set leaning up against the headstone. I had not seen her the last time I was there and loved that she was on ground level to get close up photos of. I thought the name Fallen Angel was very appropriate for her.

Enjoy!!! ~Heather

Hi Heather,
I know some people find it "morbid" to spend time in a cemetery, but many of the "old" markers truly are a work of art.
I enjoy looking at your photo finds. Wish I could locate an "old" cemetery here in San Antonio.
